Job Description
Are you passionate about fashion trends? Do you enjoy leading a team? If yes, this opportunity is for you!
As a Team Lead, reporting to the Store Manager, you will support the management team in creating an inclusive environment and driving store success through achieving sales, profit goals, recruiting, performance management, training, and development. Your adaptability to various situations, challenges, and schedules will be key to your success.

What You Will Do:

  • Ensure store meets company objectives and KPI goals
  • Provide leadership by managing policies, procedures, loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling
  • Implement merchandise strategies and maintain a clean, inviting store environment
  • Coach, mentor, and give on-the-spot feedback to team members
  • Maintain open communication with Store and District Managers

Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment
  • Experience in motivating a team towards common goals
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and create excellent customer experiences
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends
