As a Team Lead, reporting to the Store Manager, you will support the Management Team in fostering an inclusive, positive environment. Your role involves driving store success by leading the team to meet sales and profit goals, recruiting, managing performance, and supporting training and development. Adaptability to changing situations, responsibilities, and schedules is essential.

Day in the Life

  • Drive store performance by aligning with company objectives and KPIs.
  • Manage daily operations including policies, procedures, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and staff scheduling.
  • Implement merchandising strategies while maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.
  • Coach and mentor team members through feedback and on-the-spot training.
  • Maintain open communication with the Store and District Managers for operational efficiency.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
  • Proven ability to motivate and guide a team toward shared goals.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting, delivering excellent customer service.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
