Job Description

As a Team Lead, you will report to the Store Manager and support the Management Team in creating a team environment that fosters inclusivity and positive connections. Your goal will be to achieve store success by directing and leading the team to meet objectives related to sales, profit, recruiting, performance management, training, and development. Your adaptability to various situations, challenges, and work schedules will be crucial to your success.

A Day In The Life (What You Will Do)

• Ensure the store achieves company objectives and KPI goals;
• Provide store leadership by balancing policies, procedures, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling;
• Implement merchandise strategies and maintain a clean, inviting store environment that inspires customers;
• Coach, mentor, and give on-the-spot feedback to team members;
• Maintain open communication with the Store Manager and District Manager.

Qualifications

Who you are (What you will bring):

• At least 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment;
• Experience in mobilizing a team towards common goals;
• High School diploma or GED equivalent;
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and create an excellent customer experience;
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
