Job summary

Urban Barn is hiring a Full-time Store Supervisor to lead a Greater Ottawa area location. You will work with the Manager and Assistant Manager to foster a positive team environment and deliver an exceptional shopping experience seven days a week.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in retail sales with leadership experience, and a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends. Expect physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, and a focus on home decor excellence.

Participate in the leadership of an inspiring furniture and home décor store. As a Store Supervisor, you will collaborate with the Manager and Assistant Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we are looking for candidates who can work 30-40 hours per week and are available to work a variety of shifts on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.

What You Will Do:

• Guide customers in their decor choices

What you Bring:
