Job summary

Urban Barn Ltd. in Ottawa is seeking a Full-time Assistant Store Manager to join our Greater Ottawa Area team.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager to create a positive working environment and deliver an engaging shopping experience for customers. The role requires at least 2 years of Retail Sales Management experience, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, and strong coaching skills, with open availability for day, evening and weekend shifts.

Participate in the management of an inspiring furniture and home décor store. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will collaborate with the Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we are looking for candidates who can work 40 hours per week and are available to work a variety of shifts on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.

What You Will Do:
