Job summary

Urban Barn Ltd. in Red Deer is seeking a Full-time Store Supervisor to lead daily operations and deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

You will work with the Manager and Assistant Manager to mentor the team, ensure store standards, and drive sales while maintaining a welcoming design-focused environment.

The role requires 2+ years in retail leadership, a flexible schedule including weekends, and the ability to lift 50 lbs; compensation includes salary, commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail sales leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience guiding a team to deliver strong customer experiences.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to lift and move loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

Participate in the leadership of an inspiring furniture and home décor store. As a Store Supervisor, you will collaborate with the Manager and Assistant Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we are looking for candidates who can work 30-40 hours per week and are available to work a variety of shifts on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.

What You Will Do:

• Guide customers in their decor choices

What you Bring:

• At least 2 years of Retail sales experience
• Experience in Customer Service Leadership
