Job summary

Urban Barn Ltd. in the Greater Ottawa Area is seeking a dedicated Full-time Store Supervisor to lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will work with the Manager and Assistant Manager to foster a positive team environment and ensure a welcoming shopping experience across our Ottawa locations. The role requires 2+ years in retail sales with leadership experience, a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends, and the ability to lift up to 50

• Experience in Customer Service Leadership.
• Commitment to a flexible schedule (Open to daytime, evening, and weekend shifts).
• The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg.

Participate in the leadership of an inspiring furniture and home décor store. As a Store Supervisor, you will collaborate with the Manager and Assistant Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we are looking for candidates who can work 30-40 hours per week and are available to work a variety of shifts on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.

What You Will Do:
