Job summary

Urban Barn in Cambridge, Ontario is seeking a Full-time Store Supervisor to lead daily operations alongside the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. You will guide customers, train staff, and ensure a welcoming shopping experience while maintaining store standards.

The role requires 2+ years of retail sales and customer-service leadership, with a flexible schedule across days, evenings and weekends. You will support stock, merchandising and opening/closing tasks in a busy, design-focused

Participate in the leadership of an inspiring furniture and home décor store. As a Store Supervisor, you will collaborate with the Manager and Assistant Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we are looking for candidates who can work 30-40 hours per week and are available to work a variety of shifts on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.

What You Will Do:
