Job summary

Urban Barn in Kamloops is looking for a Full-time Store Supervisor to join our team. You will work with the Manager and Assistant Manager to foster a positive work environment and deliver an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

The role requires coordinating store opening/closing, supervising staff, and supporting stock/merchandising while maintaining visual standards. A flexible schedule including weekdays, weeknights, and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Retail sales experience.
• Experience in Customer Service Leadership.
• Commitment to a flexible schedule (Open to daytime, evening, and weekend shifts).
• The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg.

Participate in the leadership of an inspiring furniture and home décor store. As a Store Supervisor, you will collaborate with the Manager and Assistant Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we are looking for candidates who can work 30-40 hours per week and are available to work a variety of shifts on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.

What You Will Do:
