Job summary

Urban Barn in Cambridge, Ontario, is seeking a Full-time Sales Associate to help customers create homes they love. You will guide shoppers to inspiring furniture and decor, offer friendly service, and share product knowledge to create a memorable shopping experience.

We open 7 days a week and seek candidates who can work weekdays, weeknights and weekends. The role includes commissions, bonuses, and a generous 40% product discount, with opportunities for development within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Retail Sales experience.
• Ease of using technology such as a Point-of-Sale system and iPad.
• Flexible availability for 30-40hrs per week.
• The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg

Accompany and guide customers to find inspiring furniture and home décor during their visit to our store. As a Sales Associate, you will represent Urban Barn by offering friendly service and product knowledge to help our customers create a space they love to call home. In collaborating with the store team and managers, you will provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible.

Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we’re looking for candidates who can work a variety of shifts (i.e. weekdays, weeknights and weekends).
