Job summary

Urban Barn is hiring a Full-time Sales Associate for our Cambridge, Ontario store. You will help customers find furniture and home décor, greet shoppers warmly, and guide them to products that fit their style. You’ll handle transactions, exchanges, and returns while keeping the store looking its best.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Retail Sales experience.
• Experience with POS systems and tablets (iPad).
• Flexible availability for 30-40 hours per week.
• Ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg.

Accompany and guide customers to find inspiring furniture and home décor during their visit to our store. As a Sales Associate, you will represent Urban Barn by offering friendly service and product knowledge to help our customers create a space they love to call home. In collaborating with the store team and managers, you will provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible.

Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we’re looking for candidates who can work a variety of shifts (i.e. weekdays, weeknights and weekends).
