Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty food at customers’ tables.
• Present bills and accept payment by cash, credit/debit, or other methods.
• Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers.
• Advise on menu selections to customers.
• Greet customers, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about food and beverages.
• Serve food and beverages to customers.
• Take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
