Casino Vancouver in Coquitlam, BC is seeking a part-time Front Line Server to join Gordon Ramsay Burger's dining team. The role involves guiding guests through a high-energy service journey with attention to detail and guest satisfaction.

The position requires at least 1 year of serving experience, availability evenings/weekends/holidays, POS system experience, and Serving It Right certification. A Gaming Worker License may be needed. We offer competitive benefits after probation.

• Creates a warm, polished welcome for all guests, setting the tone for an elevated dining experience.
• Provides accurate explanations of menu items, features, and preparation methods.
• Takes orders with precision, confirming details such as modifications, allergens, and special requests.
• Delivers food and beverages promptly while maintaining attentive, polished service.
• Engages guests to understand dining needs, anticipate preferences, and elevate the overall experience.
• Supports bussers, hosts, and kitchen teams to maintain smooth service rhythm during peak periods.
• Observes guest needs and communicates concerns or requests to management promptly.
• Processes payments accurately and efficiently while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
• Completes assigned opening, closing, and side duties to support daily operations.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and guest-ready service area at all times.
• Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety standards, and all regulatory requirements.
• Communicates effectively with guests, team members, and leadership to ensure seamless service.
• Performs additional tasks as assigned or directed.
