Job summary

The Armour Group Limited is actively recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment across our hospitality, construction and property management units. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will build strong candidate relationships and streamline the candidate experience from pre-screening to onboarding.

• Experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruitment.
• Ability to recruit for various levels across hospitality, construction, and property management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and relationship-building with stakeholders at all levels.

• Knowledge of employment standards and human rights legislation.
• Proven organizational and time-management skills with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for all workforce requirements across the enterprise.
• Oversee onboarding process at multiple properties, as required.
• Collaborate with executive leaders to create and implement strategic workforce strategies that foresee hiring requirements and capabilities across departments.
• Guide and advise hiring management on recruitment updates and issues.
• Supervise recruitment advisors to maintain high performance and alignment with business strategies.
• Advertise career opportunities in a proactive and creative manner to attract top talent.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and trends and provide improvement recommendations.
• Handle candidate pre-screening, interviewing, and offer communications.
