Qualifications

• University degree or college diploma in Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science or related field.
• 3–5 years of food-related experience in GMP and HACCP programs.
• In-depth HACCP experience including program development, implementation and auditing.
• Proven ability to lead and coach a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure QA programs align with requirements and updates.
• Supervise QA Technicians and Coordinators to ensure consistent task execution.
• Plan QA staffing to meet production demands and audits.
• Lead cross-functional SOP development and drive corrective actions.
