Maple Leaf Foods Inc is seeking a dedicated FSQA Supervisor to lead the QA team and ensure rigorous application of quality and food safety programs at our Winnipeg facility.

You will oversee QA Technicians and Coordinators, plan staffing, and drive continuous improvement in processes, documentation, and internal audits. A strong HACCP background and excellent communication are essential.

Formación

• Proven HACCP experience including program development and auditing.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data handling.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update QA programs to align with requirements.
• Supervise QA Technicians and Coordinators ensuring consistency and efficiency.
• Plan QA staffing according to production demands.
• Assist with HACCP program updates and verifications.
• Analyze data to identify root causes and implement improvements.
• Support external audits (CFIA, BRC, customer) and prepare teams.
• Develop and enforce SOPs and proper documentation.
