Job summary

Maple Leaf Foods Inc. is seeking an FSQA Audit and Compliance Supervisor to lead internal audits, verify claims, and coordinate Maple Leaf, BRCGS and customer audits. The role supports HACCP system maintenance, risk assessment, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced plant environment.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams and CFIA liaison duties are key. Qualifications include a BS or Diploma in Food Safety/Science, BRCGS internal auditor certification, and 3–5 years in the food

Qualifications

• Bachelor/ diploma in Food Safety or related field required.
• Knowledge of HACCP, CCPs and GMPs.
• Experience with BRCGS audits and internal auditing.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• 3-5 years in the food industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal audit and claim verification programs.
• Prepare for and lead Maple Leaf, BRCGS and customer audits.
• Coordinate CFIA inquiries and regulatory documentation.
• Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement in HACCP systems.
• Maintain and update HACCP, BRC and food safety programs and SOPs.
