Job summary

Épicerie Maxi in Baie-Comeau, QC is seeking a capable supervisor to direct and control daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role requires coordinating staffing, planning budgets, and implementing pricing policies.

Responsibilities include evaluating operations, developing marketing strategies, and recruiting and training personnel. A permanent, full-time position with 35–40 hours per week and health benefits is offered.
