Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. is seeking a capable professional to assist the Front Store Manager (FSM) in overseeing store operations in a Canada-based location. The role focuses on improving product flow from backroom to sales floor while supporting store profitability and customer experience.

As part of the management team, you will help manage labour scheduling, ensure consistent Store Standards, and lead staff development. Accommodation and competitive pay are highlighted within the posting.

Responsibilities

• Maintains Store Standards to optimize customer experience, drive customer traffic, and positively impact store profitability.
• Works with Management Team to ensure Store Standards are in effect 100% of the time, including the backroom.
• To help manage in conjunction with the FSM, labour scheduling and leverages Work Force Management (WFM) to maximize labour productivity.
• Ensures staffing levels are adequate to effectively operate the business.
