Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart is seeking a candidate to assist the Front Store Manager in guiding store operations and resources. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences, optimizing product flow from backroom to floor, and maintaining store standards to drive profitability.

The successful candidate will help with staffing, training, and labour scheduling while upholding company values and health and safety guidelines.

• Works with Management Team to ensure Store Standards are in effect 100% of the time, including the backroom.
• Help manage labour scheduling and leverage Work Force Management to maximize productivity.
• Ensure staffing levels are adequate to effectively operate the business.
• Complies with Human Resources Standards and assists hiring for all departments.
• Drove culture and engagement by leading with core values.
