Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. in Canada is seeking a Front Store Manager (FSM) to lead the front store, excluding Pharmacy, and drive store performance.

You will supervise staff, schedule labor, ensure standards, and deliver excellent customer service while managing financial resources to meet store objectives. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skills, with at least five years of retail management experience.

• Works with Management Team to ensure Store Standards are in effect 100% of the time, including the backroom
• Manages labour scheduling and leverages Work Force Management to maximize labour productivity
• Ensures staffing levels are adequate to effectively operate the business
