You will support FSM in staffing, training, and daily operations, while driving profitability through effective product flow from backroom to sales floor and adherence to store standards. This role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and delivering a great customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains Store Standards to optimize customer experience, drive traffic and profitability.
• Works with Management Team to uphold Store Standards including the backroom.
• Assist FSM with labour scheduling and leverage WFM to maximize labour productivity.
• Ensure staffing levels are adequate to operate the business.
• Assist with hiring for all departments excluding Pharmacy.
• Drive core values, engage staff and lead by example.
