Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart in Canada seeks a capable retail leader to assist the Front Store Manager in managing store resources and improving product flow from backroom to sales floor. You will support achieving store objectives through strong teamwork and operational focus.

Collaborate with management on labour scheduling using Work Force Management, hire for all departments (excluding Pharmacy), and drive engagement by living the company values and code of conduct.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to drive the business and lead by example.
• Effective leadership and mentoring of staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Front Store Manager in managing store resources.
• Help optimize product flow from backroom to sales floor.
• Participate in labour scheduling and use WFM to maximize productivity.
• Assist with hiring for all departments, excluding Pharmacy.
• Uphold wage administration and core values in daily operations.
• Ensure store standards are maintained to enhance customer experience.
