Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Ability to manage store operations, staffing and financial performance.
• Experience with scheduling and labor optimization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store standards to optimize customer experience and profitability.
• Lead staff to provide excellent front store service, excluding Pharmacy.
• Manage labour scheduling and leverage WFM to maximize productivity.
• Analyze financial reports and meet period targets; drive store efficiency.
