Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart is seeking a Front Store Manager to lead the front of store operations, excluding Pharmacy. You will supervise and coach staff, drive customer service, and ensure store standards are met while optimizing profitability.

Responsibilities include workforce scheduling, wage administration, and performance reviews in alignment with corporate programs and culture. This is a full-time on-site role in West Kelowna, BC with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and mentorship of retail staff.
• Ability to plan, prepare and manage inventory and schedules.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to drive business results through people and processes.

Responsibilities

• Owns front store performance including cosmetics (excluding Pharmacy).
• Leads staff, provides coaching, and drives staff development.
• Manages labour scheduling and uses WFM to optimize productivity.
• Analyzes financial reports and sets department goals to improve efficiency.
