Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or guest-facing roles in luxury settings preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and guest relationship skills.
• Proficient with standard office software and hotel management systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with warm, personalized service from arrival to departure.
• Manage reservations, check-in/check-out, and guest requests during peak periods.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and F&B to ensure a seamless guest journey.
• Maintain accurate guest information and protect privacy and confidentiality.
