Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, helping locate merchandise, promoting products, resolving issues.
• Direct task completion according to priorities from Stocking Coaches and Store Management; delegate and follow up on VizPick processes.
• Monitor department presentation and merchandising; execute display changes as needed.
• Maintain clear communication; lead daily team huddles and share updates with the team.
• Review schedules with People Lead.
• Assign associates to cover shifts across all store areas.
• Tour areas with coaches to identify training needs and develop associates through teaching and feedback.
• Follow safety policies to keep a clean, hazard-free environment and ensure displays are secure.
• Complete GTA/Workday tasks and support management.
• Partner with coaches to conduct performance conversations and assist in recruiting new Associates.
