Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking a Front End Leader at our Fort McMurray location to guide department processes, respond to inquiries, and develop associates through teaching and training. You will lead front-end operations, coach team members, coordinate coverage, and participate in performance conversations.

Qualifications

• Age 16 or older
• Ability to lead front-end operations
• Walmart front-end standards experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, promoting products, locating items, and resolving issues.
• Ensure safe work processes, proper lifting techniques, cleanliness, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Delegate, supervise, and follow up on front-end operations and breaks.
• Review schedules with the People Lead and monitor productivity.
• Lead daily team huddles and communicate updates and goals to the team.
