Responsibilities

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting customers and promoting products.
• Ensures safe work processes and emergency procedures.
• Handles customer and associate concerns and provides guidance.
• Delegate and coordinate front-end operations and breaks.
• Review completed schedules with People Lead.
• Identify training opportunities and develop associates through teaching.
• Lead daily Team Huddle and communicate updates, set goals, track productivity.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and safety logs.
• Complete GTA/Workday tasks and support management.
• Support recruiting and hiring new associates.
