• Provide excellent Customer Service by greeting customers, assisting with product/service promotion, locating merchandise, helping purchase decisions and resolving issues.
• Ensure safe work processes and emergency procedures are followed (lifting techniques, cleanliness, evacuations, down registers, emergency codes, theft prevention).
• Handle customer and associate concerns and provide guidance as needed.
• Assist and follow up on front-end operations, ensuring proper coverage and coordinating breaks.
