Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of face-to-face customer service experience or one year of fitness experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and farewell members in a professional, friendly manner.
• Anticipate members' needs and respond promptly.
• Provide telephone service with accurate information.
• Resolve customer concerns with strong communication and problem solving.
• Maintain the club's cleanliness during the shift (up to 50%).
• Deliver fast, accurate service while handling cash transactions.
• Promote products and promotions to drive revenue.
• Answer questions about procedures and policies clearly.
