Qualifications

• Essential duties and responsibilities include welcoming and exiting members in a confident, professional and friendly manner.
• Provide gracious and efficient telephone service with accurate information.
• Resolve customer concerns using strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain club cleanliness for up to 50% of the shift.
• Handle payments, give change and receipts, and promote products and promotions.
