Job summary

Orleans Fitness LP in Orleans, ON is seeking a Member Services Representative to join our team. Greet members, prospective members and guests, provide exceptional customer service, and support front desk activities including greeting, answering phones, tours, sign-ups, and managing the member check-in process.

We require a high school diploma or GED, 18+ age, basic computer skills, punctuality and reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests; provide exceptional customer service.
• Handle front desk duties: answer phones, assist callers, sign up new members, conduct tours, manage sign-ups and payments, and assist with drawer counts.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns; escalate as needed to management.
• Maintain club cleanliness; perform daily tasks and periodic cleaning rounds.
• Perform other duties as needed to support club operations.
