Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment preferred (6-12 months).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and assist with check-in questions.
• Promote Judgement Free Zone® and support members in fitness journeys.
• Answer phones and assist callers.
• Perform membership-related functions such as sign-ups and cancellations.
• Maintain cleanliness of exercise equipment and facilities.
