Job summary

FIT4LE SS HOST in London, Ontario is seeking a friendly Host to handle member interactions, basic cleaning, and maintenance tasks to keep the club clean and welcoming. You will assist members with memberships, explain automated options, and ensure safety and service standards are met.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma (or working toward it), a year of teamwork or volunteer experience, and good verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or working toward completion.
• 1 year teamwork and/or volunteer experience.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• WHMIS certification and First Aid/CPR-A & AED.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleanliness tasks to ensure safety for everyone in the club.
• Cleans and tidies to the cleanliness standards.
• Provides friendly customer interaction on the workout floor.
• Follows daily, weekly and monthly cleanliness tasks and training.
• Informs and reports deficiencies using standard guidelines.
• Sells and suggests memberships and assists with membership management.
• Welcomes members warmly and assists with automated and virtual options.
• Promotes Fit4Less memberships and benefits.
