Urgo Hotels Canada is hiring a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, check them in and out, and ensure a personalized experience aligned with Marriott brand standards.

You will coordinate with departments, manage reservations and billing, and maintain high service levels in a fast-paced, international environment. Strong client focus and tech proficiency are essential, with French and English being a valued asset.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a courteous demeanour.
• Professional presentation and positive attitude in all interactions.
• Attention to detail and the ability to balance priorities under pressure.
• Ability to multitask across reservations, guest requests and billing.
• Comfort with hotel systems and technology used at the front desk.
• Bilingualism in French and English is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, register, and check out guests efficiently and professionally.
• Make, modify, or cancel reservations and inform guests of hotel policies.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding room status, VIPs, and special requests.
• Review and adjust guest billing charges as needed.
• Handle cash transactions with accuracy and accountability.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve situations promptly and professionally.
