Trail Appliances Ltd. in Edmonton is seeking a Receptionist to be the welcoming first contact for customers, both in-store and over the phone. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Lead, you will help uphold our commitment to excellent service and a friendly, inclusive culture.

You will answer calls, direct inquiries, assist guests to the correct department, and perform general administrative tasks to keep the front desk efficient and welcoming.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in administrative, reception, or customer service roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with technology.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for helping customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and over the phone, creating a positive and lasting first impression.
• Answer and direct customer calls, ensuring messages reach the appropriate person promptly.
