AWIN - Volkswagen Downtown Toronto is looking for a Receptionist to join our team and handle front-desk and telephone duties with courtesy. You will greet guests, take detailed messages, and provide information while representing the dealership professionally.

The role requires strong communication, basic Microsoft Office skills, and prior customer service or dealership experience. A neat appearance and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in a dealership or service environment is an asset.
• Experience with a multi-line phone system and basic office tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Accepts and directs calls, takes detailed messages and provides information courteously.
• Greet visitors and maintain the front-desk area in a professional manner.
• Take detailed messages, including caller name, company, time and message.
• Maintain customer files and coordinate with service and sales staff.
• Prepare business memos and basic administrative tasks.
• Ensure PPE is worn when entering service areas.
