The Humberview Group in Mississauga is seeking a friendly, full-time Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers, greet guests, answer calls, and support clerical tasks across our dealership teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls, direct to the right department, and take messages.
• Respond to inquiries and emails promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate and process customer payments accurately.
• Perform clerical and administrative duties to support the team.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area.
• Assist with general customer service needs and create a positive experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
