Skin Vitality is seeking a Front Desk Concierge to serve as the face of Canada's leading medical aesthetics provider. You will greet patients, manage calls, schedule appointments, and support daily clinic operations with warmth and professionalism.

Ideal candidates bring customer-service experience, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset. This full-time, in-person role offers training, growth opportunities, and a dynamic team environment in Ontario.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception, hospitality, luxury retail, hotels, medical clinics, spas, or customer service is considered an asset—but it isn't everything.
• We can teach our systems.

Responsibilities

Availability

This is a full-time, in-person position.

Applicants must:

• Be available to work a variety of shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and up to 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
• Be comfortable travelling between our London & area clinics as business needs require.
