Job summary

Skin Vitality Medical Clinic in London, Ontario, is seeking a Front Desk Concierge who greets patients with warmth and professionalism, answers calls, schedules appointments, and guides visitors through check-in and check-out.

You will process payments, maintain accurate patient information, and collaborate with physicians and clinic teams to keep appointments on schedule, while helping maintain a welcoming, organized environment.

Experience

Experience in reception, hospitality, luxury retail, hotels, medical clinics, dental offices, spas, salons, or customer service is considered an asset—but it isn't everything.

Availability

This is a full-time, in-person position.

Applicants Must

• Be available to work a variety of shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and up to 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
• Be comfortable travelling between our London & area clinics as business needs require.
