Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in senior Operations/Commercial positions with accountability for sales, profit and people management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to formulate and analyze data to influence operating agendas.
• Interpersonal and coaching skills to inspire franchise operations at all levels.
• Ability to navigate and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Outstanding coaching and mentoring skills with solid follow-up.
• Strong delegation, leadership and action-orientation.
• Sound planning, directing, and coaching at management level.
• Independent work style with willingness to travel.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as aligned with QSR trading patterns.

Responsibilities

• Deliver national operations plan and budget to meet annual targets.
• Identify sales and growth opportunities to elevate franchise performance.
• Evaluate performance against BOB, FSCC, ROCC and growth criteria.
• Oversee corrective actions ensuring brand standards are met.
• Own franchise relationships and conduct strategic planning.
• Lead onboarding and growth for new franchisees/licensees.
• Foster a culture that develops Above Restaurant leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive guest experience.
• Lead periodic franchise reviews and promote a one-system approach.
