Job summary

Chick-fil-A Corporate Support Center seeks a Business & Relationship Lead to provide operations expertise and customized consulting to Canada Franchise Operators. The role partners with operators, drives openings, and represents the brand to achieve market goals and strong performance.

The BRL will oversee CORs, operator transitions, and Canada Leadership Development Program participants, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure brand standards and growth.

Responsibilities

• Consult to Franchise Operators as a business partner and trusted advisor.
• Lead and oversee openings of new locations in Canada.
• Provide market leadership and liaise between Operators and the Support Centre.
• Represent the brand and Support Centre in the market and with Operators.
• Coach and oversee participants in the Canada Leadership Development Program.
• Conduct Operator transitions and oversee Company-operated Restaurants temporarily.
• Provide customized consulting and support to Canada Operators.
• Develop expertise in operations, food quality, and food safety.
• Advise on throughput, sales, and profits, engaging specialists when needed.
• Hold Operators accountable to Franchise Agreement and brand standards.
