Job summary

Chick-fil-A Canada is seeking a Business & Relationship Lead to partner with Franchise Operators, providing operations expertise and market guidance across Canada. Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in franchise operations or similar roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze data and turn insights into action plans.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work with ambiguity.
• Collaborative, cross-functional leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Consult to Franchise Operators as a business partner and trusted advisor.
• Lead and oversee openings of new locations in Canada.
• Provide market leadership and liaison between Operators and the Support Centre.
• Represent needs and perspectives of Canada Operators at the Support Centre.
• Coach and oversee participants in the Canada Leadership Development Program (LDP).
• Provide operations expertise across food quality and safety.
• Oversee CORs, Operator transitions, and Canada LDP participants.
