A leading franchise development firm is seeking a Franchise Development Specialist to help entrepreneurs across Canada launch their franchise businesses. This full-time, in-office role involves engaging prospective franchisees, qualifying leads, and guiding candidates through the onboarding process. With a base salary of $50K and OTE of $75K to $90K+, this position offers significant career growth opportunities and hands-on support within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

At Blitz Franchise, we help emerging franchisors scale by connecting them with the right franchisees. As a Franchise Development Specialist, you’ll help entrepreneurs across Canada take the leap into business ownership.

You’ll work directly with brands we represent, guiding qualified leads through the franchise discovery process and helping close deals that create real impact.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in the GTA.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Engage with prospective franchisees via phone, Zoom & email
• Qualify leads & match them with the right franchise opportunity
• Guide candidates through the discovery & onboarding process
• Collaborate with Blitz & our brand partners to hit franchise growth goals
• Manage your pipeline using a CRM (we’ll train you!)
• Contribute to sales strategy, messaging & lead generation ideas

You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Have 1-3 years in sales, or franchising or business development experience
• Are coachable, organized & goal-driven
• Communicate with clarity and confidence
• Thrive in fast-moving, growth-focused environments
• Have CRM experience (nice to have)
