Duties : This role is responsible for supporting our shipping and receiving department by picking orders (doors, hardware, door-related materials), unloading inbound shipments, loading customer trucks, performing inventory counts and handling doors and door related materials.

Shifts: Day: Monday to Friday, 5:30am to 2pm; 6am to 2:30pm

Evening: 4 days per week (days to be determined), 2:30pm to 1am

Compensation (depending on experience): Competitive

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2 years of Door industry experience required
  • Forklift experience required
  • Ability to read and interpret pick lists, job orders, and inventory labels
  • Ability to safely lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy to prevent errors in order fulfillment
  • Basic math and counting skills for verifying quantities
  • Good communication skills — verbal and written, for reporting issues or working with team members
