Job summary

Lantic Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator for a temporary full-time position in Canada’s Ontario region. The role involves receiving, picking, packing, shipping, loading/unloading trailers, and maintaining accurate inventory using WMS and RF scanning tools.

The ideal candidate holds a valid forklift certificate and has at least two years of forklift experience. Contribute to a safety-focused environment with standard operating procedures, while supporting warehouse operations and process

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma.
• Minimum 2 years’ forklift operating experience.
• Valid forklift certificate.
• Identifying workplace safety hazards.
• Adhering to safety management standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive packaged products with correct documents.
• Pick, wrap and stage orders for shipment.
• Ship products with proper documents.
• Operate forklift for trailer loading/unloading.
• Store products using the WMS system.
• Maintain inventory and perform cycle counts.
• Utilize RF scanning equipment for inventory control.
• Identify and quarantine non-conforming products.
• Identify workplace safety hazards and enforce safety standards.
• Clean workspace and manage waste as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Receiving of packaged products (with correct documents)
• Picking, wrapping and staging orders for shipment
• Shipping of package products (with correct documents)
• Trailer loading and unloading using forklift
• Product storage (using the WMS system)
• Inventory maintenance (including Cycle counts)
• Managing inventory by utilizing RF scanning equipment
• Quarantine non-conforming products
• Identifying workplace safety hazards.
• Adhering to safety management standards
• Cleaning (includes garbage removal and using floor scrubber)
• Other duties as assigned
