Job summary

Qualifications

• Candidates must be fluent in English.
• Secondary school graduation is required.
• 1 to less than 7 months of related experience preferred.
• Candidate should be client focused with good interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Ensure food service and quality control standards.
• Track stock, repairs, sales, and waste.
• Prepare and submit reports.
• Supervise and inspect tray assembly.
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.
• Establish work schedules.
