Chickenerang Food Ltd. dba NADRI – KOREAN RESTAURANT in Burnaby, BC is seeking a full-time permanent Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen and service operations.

The successful candidate will supervise staff, coordinate orders, maintain quality standards, train employees on sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure timely delivery of food orders to customers. Minimum 2 years to 3 years of food service experience and English language skills are required; a secondary school diploma

Qualifications

• English language required.

• 2–3 years experience in food service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of employees who prepare food orders in portion
• Order materials, supplies, and ingredients based on demand
• Ensure food services meeting quality standards
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit cost reports
• Supervise and check delivery of food orders
• Schedule work shifts for employee
