Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating the daily operations of the restaurant
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Recruit staff and oversee staff training
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Assist in controlling inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Deal and schedule with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Assist in maintaining quality control standards for food preparation, presentation, and customer service

Employment Requirements

• Completion of secondary school is required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in food service or hospitality
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role in a restaurant setting is required
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with high customer volume
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to support team management and maintain operational standards
• Language Requirement: English (spoken and written)
